Return Policy and Shipping
We welcome you to return any new, unopened original package, and unused item(s) within 14 days for an exchange or replacement for equal value to Coast 2 Coast Patches.
Custom items will be gladly be replaced when a mistake is made by our fulfillment center. A refund policy will not be applied to any custom item that has been approved by the client.
you should expect to receive your exchange product with in 2 weeks* after we have receive and process your return(s), (*If the item is in stock) other wise once the item is in stock it will be fulfilled.
Contact us to inform us what item(s) that will be returned and when we should expect the return.
